This is a physical data recording of the entropy of an ice pop and how it changes form every 2 minutes. Each stage of the melting process is represented through a series of acrylic models shaped like the ice pop, documenting the transformation from solid to liquid. Encoded within each model are key environmental variables such as time, temperature, sky conditions, and texture.
